So my 4th of July was really good, cause its the first 4th July I got to spend with my parents, while in America, we don't celebrate 4th July in Trinidad. I saw the fireworks in Decatur. They were advertised for 20 minute fireworks, I think it went for 15 minutes. They had pretty nice fireworks, but the nice ones were few, and the show was too short. I saw the fireworks at Champaign-Urbana, and its longer, over 30 minutes, and I've seen it twice and its really nice :)

Besides that, I'm really enjoying cs 231, its about computer architecture, and logic gates and stuff like that :) Got my first exam on it tomorow :)...

In my world of athletics (I'm not saying cycling anymore, cause I don't only cycle), I been slacking. I seem to do my indoor stuff, most of the times, I just seem lazy about getting outside. This morning, I got myself outside, and went running, then did some yoga... That felt really good :)

So I keep telling everyone, I wasn't going anywhere, because I didn't have a car, and I didn't want to fly, take a bus or train. Now that I somewhat have a car, still my parents car, I don't really have an excuse. So Sunday, when my uncle in Ottawa invited me to my cousins' dance graduation, I just couldn't say no. The plan is leave the Thursday 14th Aug, drive to Windsor, stay at a cousin's, and then to Toronto on Friday, and chill there till Saturday, then to Ajax on Saturday, then Ottawa on Sunday, and back home on Monday... just in time to move in my dorms on Tuesday, and start training on Wednesday... Now to find Rick, my boss, and see if I can get those three days to *disappear* from here....
